TI mmWave Sensors Look to Create a Smarter World

TI delivers the industry’s first single-chip, CMOS millimeter-wave sensor in mass production.

One year after introducing its precise millimeter wave (mmWave) single-chip, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor, Texas Instruments (TI) announced the mass production of its highly integrated, ultra-wideband AWR1642 and IWR1642 mmWave sensors.
